A: You do not pay anything extra, since there are no additional "hidden" charges. You only pay what is writen on our pricelist page PACKAGES . Attention: all prices do not include 23% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

A: There is absolutely no limit on the data you download or upload in any of the packages we provide. Limitation exists only in maximum connection speed, depending on the specifications of the selected package you chose.

A: The connection to the internet via Ionian WiFi requires 2 stages. The first stage involves the wireless connection of your device to the network of Ionian WiFi, which is free. The second stage refers to the internet, it requires opening a web browser (web browser) on your device, type a web site and after the redirect at the initial internal network page of our company (Hotspot entry page) , follow the instructions on connection packages purchase if you are a new user or login with existing codes, if you are a registered user.

A:The maximum speed of your internet connection through the Ionian WiFI, depends on the connection package you selected. The maximum internet speeds listed in detail on page PACKAGES , starting at 3Mbps and reach up to 30Mbps, per user.

To set up a wireless connection using Windows 8 pc or laptop

1. Hover your cursor over the top right-hand corner of the screen which will then present the Charms Bar (menu bar) and select the Settings option.

2. Left-click on the WiFi networks option.

3. The list of available wireless networks will be presented. Left-click on the Ionian WiFi icon.

4. Tick the 'Connect automatically' box if you'll be using the service on a regular basis.

5. Select the browser e.g. Internet Explorer, and log in using your Ionian WiFi subscription.

1. Hover your cursor over the network connections icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

2. Left-click the icon to bring up a list of available wireless networks.

3. Left-click on Ionian WiFi icon. Tick the 'connect automatically' box if you'll be using the service on a regular basis.

4. When connecting for the first time you'll be asked to select a location. We recommend you choose the 'Public network' option.

5. Open a web browser and login with your username and password.

6. After successfully authenticating, open a new tab rather than close the web browser - now you're ready to browse the internet.

2. Highlight Ionian WiFi in the box of available wireless networks and click 'Connect'.
